  • CAN I PURCHASE WITHOUT A BUSINESS?

       Monarch is exclusively a wholesale website. We sell exclusively to businesses and retailers.

  • DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

      We do sell our products internationally. 

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT REQUIRED?

      The minimum purchase amount for new customer is $200. 

  • CAN YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

      Any request for restocking of sold out items, please email us with the product style number. Monarch cannot       guarantee the restocking of sold out products. Some items may require about 4 to 6 weeks to be restocked.

  • CAN I ORDER MORE ITEMS THAN WHAT ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK?

      Please send all request in regards to ask question page or use our contact form.

  • HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN MY REQUESTED ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

      An email confirmation will be sent out when requested items are available.

 

ISSUES WITH ORDER

 

  • CANCELING ORDERS

      Please email or call us asap.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS

   All returns must be done within 15 days of shipment. No exclusions. In order to return any defective or damaged goods, Please email or call us.

  • RETURN POLICY 

     ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping on     returned items. Store credit will be given to any defective and damaged goods once returned package has           been received.

  • CAN I PAY WITH TWO DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS OR FORMS OF PAYMENT?

      Yes, please contact the customer service department in regards.

  • HOW AND WHEN CAN I USE MY CREDIT?

      Any credit will AUTOMATICALLY be applied to your next purchase.

  • HOW DO I CALCULATE THE SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?

      Fedex calculate shipping cost base on destination, insurance, weight and what type of service. We can only          know the cost when your package is ready to ship.

      There is no handling cost.

  • DO YOU OFFER DROP SHIPMENTS?

      Yes.

RETURNS / DAMAGED ITEMS

 

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

      Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from shipment date.
      No returns nor exchanges on sale items.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

     Discrepancies or Claims must be submitted by Email or Fax within 15 days of shipment of goods.

  • HOW LONG DOES YOUR MERCHANDISE LAST? DOES IT TARNISH? HOW FAST DOES IT TARNISH? 

      Just like things and people, we all change over time. Our jewelry does fall into that category. It will not change tomorrow;      however, with careful use, no perfume, lotions, liquids, and limits on direct sunlight, our jewelry will last. We have a 6                month guarantee, if any merchandise tarnish we will replace it for a band new. After the 6 month period, we can replated         like brand new for a small fee.
